Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trivio Quest mobile application and this website (the “Service”), operated by Inicrea Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Inicrea”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Trivio Quest is a study and general-knowledge tool. It helps you prepare, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of any government body, licensing authority, examination board or testing agency, and it does not guarantee any exam result.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You can use Trivio Quest as a guest or create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Licence to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Trivio Quest for your own, non-commercial study and entertainment. You may not copy, scrape, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or its question banks except as permitted by law.

4. Free features and Trivio Pro

Free: all 12 General categories, daily challenges, streaks and selected regional tracks are available at no cost. Every premium track includes a free 10-question taster.
Trivio Pro: an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks full exam banks, unlimited timed mock tests, subject-wise breakdowns, offline packs and all regions.
Free trial: where offered, a 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

5. Billing, pricing and cancellation

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and are also governed by their terms. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Prices are shown in your store's local currency and may vary by region and over time; the price displayed at purchase applies to that term.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; disrupt or attempt to breach its security; access it through automated means except permitted interfaces; upload harmful code; or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, branding and curated content, is owned by Inicrea or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. General-section trivia is sourced from the Open Trivia Database and remains subject to its licence. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Content accuracy

We work to keep questions and explanations accurate and current with published syllabi, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free or up to date. Always confirm official requirements, dates and rules with the relevant authority before relying on them.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that using it will result in passing any exam.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inicrea and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. For material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and provide notice in the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Kathmandu, Nepal will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
